College fair season is here, and by the start of January, college-bound students should be ready to attend at least one of these fairs. Early birds can attend as soon as February, but there are college fairs as late as May. If you already have a number of schools in mind, it’s best to turn up where they set up their booths!
What to expect in college fairs? Be prepared to ask questions on program offerings (what’s new and what’s hot), majors, dormitory arrangements, and general information on college. Take note of the opening times so that you can locate the schools you want before it gets too crowded. Most of all, have fun and collect brochures, freebies and giveaways that many schools distribute during these events.
