Hello, how are you? This is a wonderful list, however, the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, GA is missing from your list. ITC is a graduate institution. They offer two doctoral programs. They have a Doctor of Theology (ThD) in Pastoral Counseling and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) program, http://www.itc.edu/academics-2/degree-programs/
