About Heather J. Mathers
Heather J. Mathers is a doctoral student, graduating in May 2016 with a Ph.D. in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service in Higher Education from the College of Education and Leadership at Cardinal Stritch University. Her research interests include the Hispanic student population, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, ethnic identity development, multiculturalism, diversity in higher education, and social justice issues.
