Age 17+ (under 30 by graduation; waivers up to 39). Meet ACT (19+) or SAT (850+) and GPA requirements (2.0-3.5 depending on program). Full-time student pursuing Army-approved major (Engineering, Nursing, Physical Sciences, etc.). Strong academics, leadership, and extracurricular record. Commitment to serve as U.S. Army officer after graduation. Awards: $10,000/year room & board; $1,200/year books; $420 monthly stipend; Nursing: additional fee/equipment coverage & specialized training; SMP: GI Bill benefits + drill pay at Sergeant E-5 level.
