Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility Requirements
Amelia Earhart Fellowship: Women of any nationality; Enrolled full-time in a Ph.D./doctoral program in aerospace engineering or space sciences; Must have completed at least one year of program or hold a related master's; Must not graduate before April 2026; Not eligible: post-doctoral researchers, previous recipients, Zonta employees or relatives. Young Women in Leadership Award: Women aged 16–19 as of April 1; Demonstrate volunteerism, leadership, knowledge of and support for Zonta's mission; Must reside in a Zonta district or be a citizen of a Zonta country; Not eligible: previous recipients, Zonta members, employees, or relatives. Women in STEM Award: Women aged 18–35; Demonstrated excellence or innovation in a STEM field; Must refer to U.S. DHS STEM list for field eligibility; May apply via a Zonta e-Club or district if no local club exists. Women in Business Leadership Award: Women aged 18–35; Demonstrate leadership, entrepreneurship, ethical conduct, and impact on women/girls or climate justice; Must reside in a Zonta district or eligible country; May apply via e-Club or district if no local club exists.
