- Must be of Latino or Hispanic origin
- Must have declared a STEM major at a 4-year college/university
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0
- Enrollment status:
- College juniors/seniors enrolling full-time or part-time at a 4-year university
- Community college students transferring to a 4-year university
- Graduated from a high school in one of the following Northern California counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, or Yolo, OR be enrolled in a college/university located within one of the above counties
