- Must be recommended by a local chapter of the P.E.O. Sisterhood
- Enrolled in an accredited certification or degree program (no master’s degree or above)
- Must have had at least 24 consecutive months as a non-student during adult life
- Within 18 months of completing the program
- Not eligible if pursuing a post-master’s certificate or doctoral program
