Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be African American women residing in underserved communities within the Chicagoland area who are seeking to obtain a real estate license or attend a Historically Black College or University (HBCU). Applicants must apply before completing the relevant course or program. Those pursuing a real estate license must meet Illinois licensing standards and be enrolled in a REALTORS® Real Estate School (RRES) program. This opportunity is not open to Chicago Association of REALTORS® leadership, staff, or Foundation trustees.
