Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be the child or stepchild of an active-duty, reserve, or veteran U.S. Marine with an honorable discharge, a Marine who was killed while serving, or an active-duty, reserve, or veteran Navy Corpsman, Chaplain, or Religious Program Specialist attached to a Marine unit. Applicants must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and a family adjusted gross income of $134,000 or less for the 2025 tax year, with the income threshold updated annually. Additionally, applicants must be attending or planning to attend an accredited school that is eligible for federal funding.
