Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be female, at least 20 years old, and either a Delaware resident or employed in Delaware for at least 12 months. They must have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum two-year break in education, and no bachelor’s degree. Applicants must be admitted to an accredited Delaware college, have a minimum 2.0 GPA if previously enrolled in college, demonstrate financial need, and be available for an interview if selected.
