Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be permanent residents of Upstate South Carolina with a minimum 2.5 GPA, a completed FAFSA, and demonstrated unmet financial need. They must pursue a technical certification in Information Technology or a related field at an eligible two- or four-year college or university in Upstate South Carolina.
