- Must be a full-time graduate student
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited degree-granting institution
- First-time graduate students may submit an acceptance letter if beginning in the Fall
- Merit Scholarship applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Financial Need Scholarship applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need
