Alcorn State University Academic Scholarship Program

For first-time freshmen, students must submit their final transcript within 15 days of high school graduation and meet the GPA and ACT/SAT requirements for one of three scholarships: President's Excellence (ACT 28+, GPA 3.0+, up to $18,000/year), Provost Scholar (ACT 24-27, GPA 3.0+, up to $15,000/year), or University Scholar (ACT 22-23, GPA 3.0+, $5,000/year). Mississippi Community College transfers must have a 3.3+ GPA, no prior four-year college attendance, and may include eligible LPNs and RNs. Students can receive only one academic scholarship from the program.
