Christopher D. Cathcart is a published author; public relations, marketing/brand development expert; and an acclaimed public speaker. In 1995, He founded OneDiaspora Group, a Los Angeles/Washington, DC-based communications consulting firm. His first book, The Lost Art of Giving Back, a how-to guide to volunteerism, was published in 2007, and he just completed co-editing his latest book, HBCU Experience–The Book, a collection of essays by HBCU grads. A graduate of Howard University with a B.A. in Pubic Relations, Cathcart is a tireless promoter of our HBCUs.
