The Rickey Smiley and Russ Parr Morning Shows will become the official tailgate party for Historically Black Colleges andt Universities (HBCU) football classic games and homecoming events, and AT&T is proud to sponsor the upcoming HBCU Tailgate Tour. Rickey Smiley and Russ Parr will provide non-stop entertainment. The tour in each market will include karaoke competitions, stepshow, BBQ contest, games, prizes, and much more.
