The Rickey Smiley and Russ Parr Morning Shows will become the official tailgate party for Historically Black Colleges andt Universities (HBCU) football classic games and homecoming events, and AT&T is proud to sponsor the upcoming HBCU Tailgate Tour. Rickey Smiley and Russ Parr will provide non-stop entertainment. The tour in each market will include karaoke competitions, stepshow, BBQ contest, games, prizes, and much more. Come out and celebrate the HBCU football experience with Rickey Smiley, Russ Parr and AT&T.
